ANDANAC

ANDANAC is the national association of NISSAN car dealers, by the spanish name (Asociación nacional de distribuidores de autos NISSAN)  was in the need of the web system tailored to the needs of the association.

In this project I was the project manager. I take the requirements of each section of the system, after the  requirements are taken its time to make the development plan, talk with the  development team, define the time and schedule the checks with the client and then finish and deliver in production the system.

After the  test and validation with the client, I made the user manuals and gave the trainig to the users. After the production deployment I take the followup the first month to take the users questions and support.

I lead the developers to archive the final result to get the clients needs cover and give the extra functionality to make a useful and productive system.
